Looking out onto, and with access into the front cottage garden, the comfortable lounge has a wood burning stove and underfloor heating, TV, iPod docking station, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and games. The lounge leads into a fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine with dining for up to 4 people.
Upstairs are two tastefully decorated double rooms with super comfy beds and luxury bedlinen to offer a relaxing night’s sleep. One has a king size bed and the other a super king which can be made into two single beds on request. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Soft, fluffy towels are provided. Each bedroom has a hairdryer.
You will have exclusive use of the front garden with a dining table and chairs, and you are welcome to use the rear garden which has a stream, Black Bank Syke, running through it and a small orchard across the bridge. The gardens are a perfect setting for bar-b-ques in the summer, to sit and admire the wonderful views of Pen-Y-Ghent or to feel the warmth of the autumnal colours in the cooler months.
All power and electricity is included in the price, and we provide a basket of logs for the wood burning stove. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Car parking is available for two cars at the side of the cottage. Pets are welcomed.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed either inside the cottage or in the gardens and pets and children must be supervised at all times as the gardens are not enclosed.
